Brian Griffith was named as President of Griffith Laboratories Asia division in the spring of 2005. In this role, he is responsible for the operations of the facilities in China, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, and Korea.
Prior to this assignment, Brian was General Manager of Custom Culinary, a division of Griffith Laboratories Worldwide. Custom Culinary provides a full line of authentic tasting culinary foundations to the foodservice industry. He joined Custom in 2000 as the Vice President of Marketing.
Previously, Brian worked in Griffith Laboratories Europe from 1995-2000 based in Paris, France where he was a Marketing Manager responsible for Coating Systems and later a Financial Analyst.
Before joining Griffith Laboratories Europe, Brian worked in the USA for Kraft Food Service where he held regional procurement positions overseeing grocery, frozen food and National Account purchasing from 1989 to 1993.
Brian earned a B.A. in International Political Science from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Business. He is married and has three young children.
